Scale return

Returning a scale is not required. Even if a customer cancels their subscription or opts out of SBU, they are welcome to keep their smart scale.
However, if they would like to return it, there are two options:
Unopened Package: If the scale’s packaging is still sealed, they can write "RTS" (Return to Sender) on the shipping label and drop it in their mailbox for USPS pickup.
Opened Package: If the scale has been opened, please contact us at support@bottomless.com, so we can provide a prepaid return label.
